Nowhere in the world after 1985 or so, blood is returned with air. It is returned with saline, till the saline clears the blood up to venous needle. To avoid fluid overload we add 200-300 ml extra to the ultrafiltration setting

Dialysis valare ksheenm undakkuna procedure aanu for a normal person oraalee dialysisnu edukkumbo orupad kaaryangal check cheyyanm , patient inta normal weight ilum kooduthal weight dialysisnu remove cheythal kshenm valare kooduthal aay kaanarund in some cases low heamoglobin level ,low albumin level, in blood can also contribute to weakness , poor apetite is also a cause of weakness ...better protein intake might be a good option for patients well-being .i hope this will be any use to you...
