The defendant says the pregnant plaintiff brought in food, which spilled on the bag. She claims the plaintiff sprayed it with cleanser, staining it, and tried to blame her.

She gave up a salon she went to for years over a junky bag she damaged herself. Even if the bottle fell in 1. The bag was jacked up before then 2. She was clumsy and caused the damage.

This case is tricky🤔🤔. I have cleaning products on the bathroom that have bleach added, and the bleach smell is STRONG. I also know that people do put cleaning products, like bleach, in a smaller container/spray bottle( 409, windex, etc) so it's more manageable. I also know that of you were panicking with greasy food drops in your $700+ bag, you might try to just clean it with a product you are comfortable with. She 100% could've been comfortable using 409 to clean, and that particular bottle could've just had bleach in it for cleaning this establishments bathroom. It was irritating that she said, "This is a Spanish issue" though.

Just to clear up what the plaintiff is saying. She from New York and regularly some New Yorkers interchange Spanish and Hispanic or latin x . She's using Spanish as a race thing not a language thing. Kind of insinuating that the judge sided with the defendant because they're "spanish".

The fact she mentioned that it must've been bleach in that bottle b/c the original cleaner wouldn't have caused stains like those tells me that she used the cleaner and was shocked to see the results and tried to blame someone else for her stupidity
Her statement "It's a Spanish issue" is highly disrespectful to the judge. The implication is that Judge Milian sided with the defendants because they are all Spanish speakers. That's insulting.

I use to have a purse 👜 that same size I had a love hate relationship with …loved my purse it was a gift I got fm my son but hated the size always bumping into everything with it specially when going through doors always kept hitting corners with it .. it’s our responsibility to be careful while walking with it .. we can’t be crying wolf and blaming others!
