How well would that Boston Acoustics center pair with a pair of Klipsch RP-8000F towers do you think?

I'm going to be honest about this, and some people may not like my response, but I think it'll be fine. I know some people will cast me off as not knowing anything about home audio with this opinion, but in my experience, timbre matching isn't that important. Yes, some voices or sounds may vary some from speaker to speaker if the sound is panning around the room, but does it break the immersion of the film to the point that I can't enjoy it? Not at all. Timbre matching is ideal and in a perfect world, we'd have every speaker be the same across the board. But in the real world, it's not always possible to do this.
Back to the VR10; will you hear a difference? Most likely. The Klipsch speakers have horn loaded tweeters and the Boston has a regular dome tweeter. So there's going to be a difference. Is that difference going to be severe enough that you won't want to use the VR10? I don't think so. I usually put speaker build over timbre matching. If the speaker is built with quality parts, I'll take that every time over something of lesser quality that's timbre matched. Once everything is calibrated and level matched properly, I think you'll be pretty happy with the purchase; especially if you get it for under $50.
Hope that helps and I may actually do a video on this topic. Thanks for the inspiration.
