- Howdy legends. Back out offshore with good mate Mitch Chapman in his 460 Quintrex Renegade (same model as ours - but with the offshore transom).
We had another fun trip out with some fish on the troll and another nice fish on a topwater popper!

Great footage well done on the catch. I just brought the 440 renegade s/c . And I want to fish jervis bay and around the mouth of it. The 460 looks great in that condition so do you think the 440 will handle similar conditions. Thanks
Hey Noel, I haven’t been in a 440 personally but I think it’s going to be just as capable as the 460. Just have to be sensible with weather/wind forecasts and you’ll be just fine mate! Congratulations and enjoy your new boat 💪🏻

Hey Brendan, that’s my mate Mitch Chapman’s 460 renegade - I wish we went the 75 on ours, it’s definitely needed on a 460 and truth be told, they’d be just fine with a 90 if you had it re-plated. A 70 4st like we have isn’t underpowered but the bigger block 75 can spin a bigger prop and carry a heavy load better.

Hey Jayson, sorry for missing this one - Newhaven just on the side of Phillip Island is good, as is Barwon Heads, Port Fairy and Portland for these boats
