Good on you to share this onto this platform. I’m sorry for what you’ve had to experience. I suffer from both autism and manic depression and understand what it’s like. We are here for you.

Really glad to hear that it’s nothing to worry about and that you’re doing better mentally since I can remember when you were really uneasy about it. Great video

Good point about Mint being a trigger. All these toothpastes use mint. It’s been difficult for me to find a suitable toothpaste that has fluoride.

I was diagnosed recently. I'm in the states. There's a Toothpaste called Hello, watermelon flavor. I use it and it's very mild. I can't use mint either. It's a kids Toothpaste but it's good. It has no fluoride, sulfates, dyes, or sls. Be sure you find one that doesn't have SLS in it. It also has stevia amd aloe vera which is suppose to be beneficial.

God bless you man, i couldn't sleep due to the cancerous thing i saw on google. Thank you for explaining ❤... Do you need to take medicine every day even if it is mild and can't stop

Trust me I was having so many sleepless nights!, I don’t take meds but I watch what I eat and drink, anything too sweet or sour and I’m in so much pain

Try the ketogenic diet. It's an anti inflammatory diet by nature. Low carb, moderate protein, high fats(good fats)
