私も新型NX versionLを所有してますが、貴方さんのレクサス店舗は恵まれてます。　こちらは大阪市内ですが、その店舗以外で他のレクサス店に行くと塩対応でした。　何しに来たんだ？と言う対応で見送りすらメンテのスタッフのみ営業は知らん顔。　また市内のレクサス店は高級車以外の初めての来客には車、持ち物、外見をキッチリ見て対応してます。　全ての客がウェルカムでないと言う事です。私の友達もパンフレットを貰いに軽自動車で行くと愛想も良く無くレクサスって入りにくいオーラが出まくりと言ってました。　都会と田舎のレクサス店は全然違いますよ。

都会のレクサスは販売力あるんで仕方ないです。
特にCPO以外のレクサス中古を買うと
かなり酷い塩対応です。
全国レクサス統一でラウンジ使用不可、イベント参加不可、台車も貸さない、レクサスオーナー駐車場を使用させない、担当がつかないメンテスタッフのみ、お見送りもメンテスタッフのみで本ユーザなら担当者や受付スタッフ等、数名がお見送りの差別化。　CPO以外はラウンジの茶菓子と違い、お茶だけおしぼりすら違う。　レクサス店以外に買うお客はお客様とは思って無いようです。

そこはどうしてもオーナーズカードを所持してるか否かによって使えるサービス内容に差が出てしまう部分ですねぇー💦
新車、もしくはCPOの値段が高い理由はそういった保証やサービス量も含まれてるかもしれないです😮‍💨
でも、LEXUSならどんなお客様であっても分け隔てなく高い接客クォリティーを提供して欲しいと思ってしまいますね💦

HDMI接続によるテザリングの事ですかね？
テザリングが出来るようであればナビのWi-Fi設定から繋げる事が出来ますよ！
現在はiPhoneのショートカット機能を設定して車のBluetoothに繋がると自動でデザリングも繋がるように設定してます✨

買った車の良いところが沢山あって気に入って乗っているんだから良いと思います。
ジャーナリストや金持ちでもなければ全ての車を乗るなんて出来ない訳だし、
上には上があるのは当たり前。
試乗じゃ分からないことも多くあるので所有してみての感想が一番でしょ。
