This is the first time my mom will be reacting to K pop on the channel, she has heard of BTS and Blackpink among others via myself but she is not a fan like me but she is quite open minded and our energy when out together can be very chaotic. This is a tame side to us if im being honest.

I knew she would like Left Right since it has that nostalgic sound and influence to it. Also Mom was being a little reserved and proper for the camera, not to say she isn't like that at times. However she is quite expressive so hopefully if this video is received well we can bring her back and get her comfortable on camera. Thank you for the support!
That’s the joys of XG! They can make music for different generations but still stick with their core of R&B and hip hop. Good job to your mom though! Being in front of a camera isn’t easy

Left Right is a little bit groovy, smooth and chill at the same time. Thats why its suits all ages today coz youcan do anything you need while listening to the song while shooting star makes you wanna stop and dance. Lol

Just loved your Mom's reactions to both XG videos , but when she reacted to Left Right I couldn't help but see those smiles and shoulder movements you Mom was beginning to show. There's nothing like seeing a straight face and suddenly see the hints of a smile begin to emerge until you can see " it looks like she likes it " moment.

Same happened to me
The first time I heard shooting star I clicked away before the chorus cause it just wasn’t for me. Weeks later it’s on repeat in my car everyday 😅, so I totally understand her reaction to it, and an honest reaction is preferrable to a performative one! It was so fun seeing her relax and smile and dance to left right, props to your mom for braving the camera!

I saw in Japanese fandom, age of LR fan is from 3 year old to 70+😀. Shooting Star is more like an acquired taste. When I heard the song and watched MV, for the first time. I was like ????. So much going on there.
