I'm honestly surprised how Antwaun Stanley still isn't considered one of the greats
Does he write songs? No. He won't be unless he does that. Talent in terms of covering is common, talent in terms of writing is not as much (and therefore is more desirable).
@@TeamPill I Think he's still one of the greatest of what he does. I dont think u can take that away from somone because he dosent write songs.
@@TeamPill Neither did Elvis and he's still called The King. It's more to do with being identified as performing original material than being a songwriter yourself.
He has a weak voice. That run he did when they were announcing the tour dates was not sung very well compared to how thousands of others make it ring out. Also during the song it sounds like his comfortable range is very short and he doesn't know how to or not able to add flourishes and qualities to the notes to make your skin tingle.
To each his own. He’s a great in all of my books and his talent is undeniable!
