I was hoping for a vid addressing what happened. It's healing to have been on this journey with this channel and seemingly just as we reach the end of our exploration of all corners of the series, the man who created this phenomenon and even a few others himself moves on. I'm honored to hear your personal thoughts on things and to have this frustrating and unfair event be put into a respectable perspective, so thank you! And may Toriyama rest peacefully after his meaningful time with us.
RIP AKIRA, I have been really enjoying your Dragon Ball recap videos and as a person who’s been a fan since 2018 as a lil jit, and now 2024 with a huge collection and being 16 years old it really sucks seeing the person who started it all, being the most influential person in anime history and an influential figure in pop culture as a whole really sucks, ai really appreciate this video you made and may the legend rest in peace and we continue to push his legacy forward.

If the artist’s work lives on, are they truly gone? His legacy and impact on manga, anime and the cultural zeitgeist is undeniable and that will live on for a long long time to come.
Hopefully he sees how loved he truly was.
But don’t worry; we’ll all be able to relive the stories Toriyama-sensei left for us - and you’ve got so much ahead of you.
Just remember the Turtle Hermit way. Work hard, study well and eat and sleep plenty.
