Out of curiosity, how are they doing this without getting into legal trouble with Jag? Like I know Jag wasn’t in the band during She Watched the Sky but it’s still part of ASD and therefore Jag owns it since he has legal rights to all of ASD? Did he give them like permission to perform only this EP? Are they using some “Cover Band” loophole? Cuz they surely can’t perform under the ASD name despite being the original members either right? So many questions…
There were interviews with Jag i saw a few months ago and the comments were asking him to allow the original members to play their first album, so maybe he finally gave in. Also i got the impression that Jag was also pressured into letting them do this.

@@xboxoneclipz268 actually, bands cant really stop other bands from playing their songs live. Other bands cannot record and release other bands music obviously , but in terms of playing live... the venues need to acquire a license, and that license allows for cover songs to be played legally.
