Got a 2016 WRX it was straight piped when i bought it Illegal in my state but i got around it & honestly its so much fun when ppl ask to rev or when you go on the highway & POPs!!
That is true, definitely feels good to show off your mods, just gotta make sure you don’t cause the meet to be shut down haha!
Damn rev on cold start 💔
I can guarantee it wasn't dead cold. So it's fine.
my favorite part was when the car went vroom vroom
If you would of went full 3 inch titanium it would f been deeper and very very niceee but that’s sounds pretty good
very true, but we still haven't taken that option out of our future plans so maybe it will be full titanium one day.
If your in first gear go to six thousand rpm shift to second it will crack. If your going 9miles per hour and push your clutch in rev to six thousand it will also backfire. Or if you rev match from forth all the way to first it will crack pop and bang. My 2019 wrx is straight piped and man do I like it 💯💯💯
So pushing the clutch in all the way while in second and revving it 2 or 3 times then pushing it to 6k will get all three pop bang and crack..LOUD..I only have muffler deletes so with yalls straight pipe its gnna be crazy lol..my only question is..does it harm anything lol 😆
The sounds that the wrx can put out is next level! Stayed tuned for the comeback! Turn on the notifications!
this is crazy bc i learned this all by my self and its exactly what i do i also learned recently i got a 3in cat back and 4in axle back single exit and if i floor it to like 7k and shit ittl do a really loud backfire but i think thats only with single
So I have the same color WRX, a 2016 with 32k miles. She has a Exidy Stage 2 mated with a ACT Streetlite flywheel, Twin S Tech lowering Spring, HKS wheels, and a downpipe back Invidia N1 exhaust. I've removed the stock resonator off the downpipe and off the N1 midpipe and my car is still really quiet. Sounds okay, but not loud enough for an $800 exhaust. I'm straight piping it tomorrow morning. Luckily I'm a welder so I can do all the work myself and save the N1's mufflers in case I decide it's too loud or go with a smaller more opened up muffler compared to the N1's.
Car is now without mufflers. Still has the catted downpipe but has an external wastegate for noise and better air flow off boost. I'm pushing right at the limit of what the stock turbo can run safely, 19.2lbs on it's current kill mode. Have had it in this configuration for over 5k miles and she runs great. Only really about 30-40hp over stock. But man is it a difference. Car is night and day better than stock.
Wow you have work done to that car! Put your IG down so we can check it out!
@@iblamecrew412 Don't have IG. If you were apart of the Dallas Subaru Club or DFW Subaru Owners club you'd see my car.
why the sti badge on the grille
Because rice
The car is a rebuilt title and we had a sti bumper available, who wouldn’t use it!
Damn this video is making me want to straight pipe my car
Did you guys use the stock axle backs ? Because I have an invida n1 racing exhuast, but I wanna go quad tip
really interested on how much that all costed. with the aftermarket DP and the 3Inch all the way custom.
the downpipe cost about 400 and the custom about 380. overall less than 800 for a nice exhaust.
Please tell me u got a tune for this after u did it😂 sounds amazing bro. I know I’m a bit late
Nice video bro! I’m new in the Subaru fam I have a 2018 wrx no aftermarket parts at all. If I get my muffler and resonator deleted is that how it’s going to sounds like?
Or do I need aftermarket parts? To make it sound like that ? I will appreciate your help!
Thanks I’m advance
Muffler delete is perfect if u have stock downpipe
Hey man did you ever end up doing that I just grabbed a Wrx and was wondering the same thing
any mods previously done to it before the straight pipe?
there is a J pipe but the car was stock at the time now there is a Cobb port
Stay tuned! We’re making a comeback! Turn on the notifications!
@@iblamecrew412 which type of j pipe you have?
What %tint do you have just out of curiosity?
What resonator did you delete the middle one or the one close j pipe
Dude in the background on the phone like....
Y tf is there an sti badge
The car is a rebuilt title and we had a sti bumper available, who wouldn’t use it!
what did you do with the O2 sensor after the cat? did it throw a code ?
Dood why are you complaining about how loud it is, I freakin love this sound, add the boomba bov plus a Cobb intake and you’ll love it even more . That’s the way I want to go
Stay tuned! Turn on the notifications we have a lot of things to share!
Did it myself. Is a bit too loud sometimes annoying at times.
It’s a WRX it’s gonna be loud lmao
Is not good running the car like that you need an access port
This in south Florida??
Yes it is! Lucky us! For now….
How much was the total ?
How much was it?
The custom alone cost 380
@@iblamecrew412 rice
if you took out the cat, dont you need a tune?
Yes, I have an etune with an accessport that is meant for higher airflow.
Bag the wrx !
