I have the Feelfree Lure 10 and I will tell you that the wheel at the bottom end of it is such a nice feature to have. It saves you all the hassle when you need to move your kayak.
Yeah, the wheel in the keel is a very useful feature of Feelfree kayaks. The 11.5 that is mentioned in the video ( amzn.to/32ikwBH ) has it too .... second version of 11.5 amzn.to/2VjiOhj
I dont use my wheel in the keel . I carry lots of stuff and single wheel just doesnt do it .I scrape the areas on side of wheel anytime I use wheel in the keel .

I got a vibe sea ghost 130 and I love it I'm a big guy and I stand up and fish in it all the time its 13 foot

Old Town makes great products,but add another 1000 if you want the PDL model. Non-pdl is 899 right now and very hard to find. Amazon does not have it.

How do these handle wake from motor boats? Thinking about getting one for fishing.
Mine handles wake issues with little problems. As with any other boat, it's about some sea-keeping and not putting yourself in a position where wave action is likely to cause you a problem (don't ride sideways in wave troughs, for example).
U gotta turn your boat towards the wake to properly deal with it. U dont want the the broad side ur kayak.

Also I dish the mangroves so I avoid the boats.
It's a kayak. So ur gonna do ponds, Rivers and some calmer salt water.. lakes yes but on a crowded day???? With them guys hitting rooster tales and etc..?? Naw...

Lol, we had some cheap kayaks, and we were in a sound, a wind picked up, and made a 3 foot tall freak wave, I got wiped out, my brother towed me for a while while I froze my balls off, and i held on to my water filled kayak, until we got rescued by my dad in a boat, I got hypothermia

Yes but buy one with a trolling motor mount it makes life easy
I am not sure if its a good idea to rail mount a toilet though... does it have place to fit a portable toilet? I tend to pee a lot when its cold.

james loerzel go with the vibe if you want to stay under 1k best sub 1k kayak in my opinion.
I'd go with number 6 if you want stability, Vibe Kayaks Skipjack 90.
Also, number 1 is awesome (amzn.to/2WwuCwi). I used to have one of these a while ago, but I sadly had to give up fishing as a hobby and gifted my kayak to a close friend. Btw, the guy absolutely loved it and still uses it to this day.

I have the old town sportsman 120 pdl it’s very similar to the top water I’m 6’1” 270lbs and feel perfectly safe standing in it and shaking it the old town kayaks are very stable
I really hope they will make pedal kayaks that are in 2 pieces soon. So it gets easy to transport in normal cars... in europe we dont drive with massive cars or trailers
