can you do a video on what the end of life for a 40-50+ year old condo would theoretically be? when you were talking about the window maintenance it reminded me of the nagging feeling I've always had that condo's are inevitably a game of hot potato. Hopefully I'm just ignorant and there's a some sort of deliberate thought on this?

I wish there were smaller luxury units of this caliber with gas stoves for under 500k . Id be willing to sacrifice on space for being close to TTC subway . Id even consider 450 square feet. Boutique can be a positive and negative since less unit usually means higher condo fees.
The neighbourhood will look like Mini soho. In a decade ❤️

Not going to lie - this type of polished content is kind of icky and screams “paid promotion” relative to your usual content. Not sure this is congruent with your brand. Then again, I’m just some random internet guy. You do you.

Housing crisis going on and this guy is selling boutique multi million dollar properties.
Worry about getting what you need and stfu about what others are doing.
Or are you bigoted against successful people?
1) Big City Living is disgusting
2) Sharing walls with other families is disgusting.
3) If theres more than 250,000 people in an Urbanized area... guess what... its disgusting.
4) If your property does not at least have a backyard big enough for seven 2-person tents... its disgusting.
