I have the machine. The pump does pull very well but I’m not getting any suction in the dome. Can you explain?
That's great! I hope it serves you well! Try it with every position of the valve to see if one of them will work. Sometimes you have to move the dome around or push it down a little to make sure it seats fully. If it's leaking you can use a little lube or oil to help it seal. If it still doesn't work, I would pull the machine apart and make sure everything inside is connected properly.
When putting the temp to start heating up do I have to press a certain button or just press the temperature and let it go
You just set the temp and it should start heating up. I was told to heat it up to 100-200c for a half hour to dry it out before cranking the heat up. Someone told me it could cause cracking if you don't do that first. I hope it works great for you!
I just got this machine but there are no directions. I have no clue how to use it
Mine did come with very vague instructions. I'll make a video sharing the booklet and explaining how to program it. These machines are a hit or miss depending on where you purchase it from. With how much money is saved compared to buying a kaya cast, you can almost buy this and a nice furnace. If mine doesn't work like it should I will be buying a good furnace.
Hey bro, how do you setup the melting furnace in this machine, i've been struggling with it. the vaccum and casting chamber works fine.
I have only turned mine on to make sure it worked, I haven't run the pre heat cycle yet. I'll make a video on how to program it soon.

I got them on Amazon. I think they were the cheapest set.
Did you ever figure iut the furnace
Yes I did, I made a video about it. In the description of the video I shared a link to the manual for programming the module for the furnace.
What are your vacuum specs? I just got the same casting machine.
It is a 4cfm 1/3 HP vacuum pump. Good luck with your casting!

Is a 4.5 motor good enough
I got a 4.5 vaccum pump but not sure if it's enough power
Where did you purchased
I bought it through eBay because there is a seller that will take it back if something doesn't work. There are many places to buy it but you have to find a place your comfortable with. I recommend getting a kaya cast if you can spend a little more.
