Recently, fierce competition has emerged in the category of new 350cc neoclassical motorcycles.
I'm talking about motorcycles like the Honda Hness CB350, Benelli Imperiale 400, Royal Enfield Meteor 350.
The big question is, is it possible to turn the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 into a beautiful Cafe Racer?
And this video has the answer to that question.
A magnificent project built by Mooyong Zeus, from Zeus Custom, in Thailand.

Zeus is back! This shop always seems to catch us off balance with some of their designs. You might not like some of these design’s, but no one can fault this shop on giving us design’s no one has done yet, or even thought about doing. I give these guys lot’s of credit for thinking outside the box. Even though this isn’t a true cafe racer bike, I happen to like it purely on the design aspect. So who can fault Zeus on building this gorgeous bike when his intent wasn’t to build a cafe racer?

Zeus, once again, has created a very beautiful motorcycle and it fits the cáfe racer theme very well. In my opinion, the long arc exhaust does not fit the frame and engine lines. However, the exhaust has beautiful workmanship in its own way. It’s is a nice bike that fits into the needs of many riders. One does not need a powerful engine to have fun and feel the wind in your face! As always, thank you for Racer TV, the Café racers only choice! Take care my friend and hope you are well. Cheers!

I agree with you in that the exhaust shape somehow blemishes the great work Zeus has produced.
Mooyong Zeus never ceases to amaze with the technical and aesthetic approaches it has to solve customized problems on various motorcycles. I am a big fan of low displacement motorcycles, since the metallurgy of the engines, their design and the technology associated with fuel injection has made what not so long ago were not very powerful machines, everything contrary. I think what I don't like about Royal Enfield is its mufflers. They are ugly and bulky. That is why what first caught my eye is that beautiful curve that outlines the engine. I think this bike is indeed something that borrows from various styles to create a reinterpretation of them. It is no small thing. Bravo, bravisimo!
Hello Dear Alejandro.Thank you my friend for sharing your perspective. I agree whith you. The only thing that is not so true, is that here in Europe, Small motorcycles are getting less powerful than ever. This has to do with the CO2 emissions restrictions. Nowadays, most new 125 motorcycles, have only 11 or 12 hp. My 1975 Honda CB 125 twin has 15 hp. It is very rare to find a 125cc motorcycle on the market, with 15hp. Besides that, they are quite expensive here. Almost the same price range of this Royal Enfield 350(Around 4000 euros). :) Saludos.

Well that did not take long to go from factory introduction to custom build! I never met a Zeus custom I didn't like. As for smaller displacement cafe racers, the tighter the curves on a continuously twisty road the less you can take advantage of the higher horse power output of larger displacement machines. Although I like thumpers a 350cc twin with a 270° crank set up is still the sweetest sound. Love your channel and all the great machines you present. 🇨🇦

Ficou um projeto sensacional! Mas eu esperaria as versões "mais prontas da 350" que estão no forno da Royal. Pois o trabalho do chassi é extenso. Pois nesse caso, financeiramente as 650 custam pouca coisa a mais e são motos melhores e mais prontas. Mas novamente, que moto incrível. E pra mim, mesmo com a linha de base do tanque/banco sem o alinhamento clássico, é uma Cafe Racer! E como vc falou, com aparente conforto. Grande abraço! Douglas, Garagem Cafe Racer.
Sim, realmente irão surgir outras versões mais apropriadas para este tipo de projecto. No entanto, parece-me que a estrutura do quadro irá ser precisamente a mesma. Consigo entender o que disse sobre a pequena diferença de preço relativamente à 650. Mas aqui na Europa, há muita gente que não tem licença de condução para motos de 650cc. E é precisamente neste ponto que esta nova Royal Enfield 350 pode fazer a diferença.

aqui no brasil a diferença vai ser de pelo menos uns 12 mil. 21k a 350 e pelo menos 33 a 650.
650 vem com novidades nunca antes vistas numa royal: suspensão invertida na frente e disco duplo de freio dianteiro.
Só esses 2 itens ja encarecem MUITO uma moto. CHUTO que chega por uns 35 mil a 650
@@evilzinabyssranger5695 me refiro as Continental GT da vida. Só o retrabalho de chassi se vão dez conto fácil, se fizer em oficina. Se fizer em casa, obviamente o custo é muito menor.

Excellent video Racer. Zeus custom have created a very cool little Enfield, these guys are great at coming up with something out of left field. You don't need a big bike to have fun on, you can ride the wheels off a smaller bike and have the time of your life. Hope you are keeping well, ride safe mate.Cheers

Love those single cylinder thumpers! My buell cafe racer is a 500cc single ,it utilizes the front half of a harley 1000 vtwin

Adrenaline on a small cc will always be there when you have to ride almost always in their limit👌 on my 6th small build atm. Cb200 engine, cd175 frame, cm suspension and swingarm, cg125 tank et.c et.c believe it will become a nice run around 👌 less is more even in what concerns to cc. Bigger engines sound better and have more speed or torque but where do we enjoy the best rides? Not in the motorway for sure!

I like telling folks that a street bike with 160 horsepower is as useful as having a 36 inch penis. you can't use it anywhere.
It’s nice. Though sounds like an old bus. Not sure I like the rear mudguard and might tempted to make it a scrambler. Think I would buy it though.. Does look good even with some of my misgivings. Maybe it’s the way he strokes the rear end in a cringy fashion that puts me off that particular design element.

Not sure about the exhaust, but otherwise it's really nice. And at least it gets rid of that abominable faux-harley king & queen stock seat.

This custom version is a good one compared to standard model. I think that power output and torque would have slightly increased on this chassis and a wind blast experience of high density nice build quality from Zeus custom and by the way love from india.

Straight away I thought that was a brat style. I've built a couple of brat style bikes and my current bike is a Japanese brat style.
As soon as I get my Meteor 350 I want to fit these tyres and wheels to it Can you please tell me what brand and sizes are they in the video?

Unfortunately, things are more complicated than most people may think. I use this "robotic" voice created by software, because I'm Portuguese, and my bad English accent (and voice), can ruin the documentary character that I like for my videos. I already tried a real British voice in one of my videos, and, surprisingly, almost everyone hated it. Curiously, the robotic voice sounds really very real and professional for most non-English Speakers.:) Cheers.

Personally ,I think ,you mist a point what of cafe race in pure form is ...cafe race and "post modern hippy " siblings understanding of the term it is quite different . I can say, "post modern hippy " philosophy represents apposite what cafe race is and should be called same thing else, same thing like cafe race for decoration or cafe race inside installation 🙄
