3-4 litres Water
1 TBSP Blended Green Seasoning ( optional)
1 Medium Sweet Pepper
1 1/2 TBSP Pimento Spice
2 scotch Bonnet Pepper
4 Pegs Garlic
1 Large Carrot
2 LBS Yellow Yam
2 large Irish Potato
1 1/2 Pumpkin
1 Sweet Corn
1/2 Cup Chopped Scallion
Salt To Taste
2 TSP Black Pepper
2 Grace Spicy Cock Soup
1 TBSP Ginger
3/4 LBS Chicken ( preferably Breast)
1 1/2 LBS Chicken Feet
Ingredients: for Dumplings
3/4 LBS Flour
1/4 Cup Cornmeal
Salt( optional)
