They don't. The birds are usually more relaxed around the handlers, even when there's a stranger near them. As long as the handlers are there, they just seem to go about doing their business being birbs.
As i was leaving the Sanctuary, it started to rain so i took shelter in the nearest shed i could find. Just so happened that a handler was there with a falcon. Falcon didn't seem to mind me, just looked at me for a good minute then didn't really give me that much attention and focused on the sounds around it instead. Handler said that all the birds there were more or less like that. They didn't really care much of anything else if their familiar handlers were around then they feel like they could relax.
About half of the eagles in the sanctuary were born and raised there, so they grow up knowing most of the caretakers. They don't need googles tbh, just respect for the birds so they don't become aggressive towards them.

Sadly they became endangered in the earlier day due to hunters and their habitat. But gladly they grew back their pairs in 2020. But we dont actually learned this in our science subject what so ever since we just talk about how animals get less popular like the Tamaraw from my birthplace in mindoro which they only live here and not anywhere since they prefer the habitat, i even remembered riding them as a kid from my grandparents rice field. But im happy our teacher made an activity on making an individual virtual protfolio about less than 8 infos of endangered philippine species.

Matthew 5:17-20 King James Version (KJV)
17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
