All of those eagle's was amazingly beautiful 😳❤️ but when Sinag's turn to fly I feel my goosebumps with teary eye so majestic 💛💛

Napapa iyak ako sobra ng lumipad si sinag.. simbolo ng pagiging Filipino ang ibon nayan.. subalit ang mga kabataan nyayon at maging mga nakakatanda di alintangan ang pagiging irresponsible s ating bayan at maging sa ating mga sarili ..

did you know that Aerodynamics engineers of Airbus are they got their wingtip design from an eagle on their A380 production? An Airbus A380 is an Eagle inspired aircraft. I saw this on youtube on how the study the aerodynamics of eagle before they apply it on their design. well here's my few copy paste:
Winglets - the tips at the end of wings that point upward - were inspired by the flying motion of birds - eagles specifically. An eagle's wings combine maximum lift with minimum length by curling up its feathers at the tips until they are practically vertical. Winglets copy the upward curl of the feathers to help planes fly efficiently and also to keep the length of the wings within limits set by airports - particularly handy with very large planes such an A380 jumbo jet.

Di lang poachers dahilan, sabi nila kasi kapag namatay yung partner nila, di na sila humahanap ng iba. kaya sa sobrang loyal nila sa partner nila nammatay sila

The eagles are being reared as pets
They had now become friendly to humans. They can not be returned now to the wild as they can not live on their own. In rearing them from chicks to adulrhood, they are not supposed to see any humans. Really sad flight for our national bird.

Naawa ako sa ibon Sana hindi nlng nilagyan ng tali kasi kung sakali tumakas at hindi na bumalik makakalipad ng maayos at hindi sagabal. Opinion ko lng po. Pero palagay ko healthy nmn sila.

Nope, these eagles are hand-reared and highly trained. Ibig sabihin ay, sanay sila sa mga tao, to the point of dependency. If in the event na tumakas sila, malaki ang chance na babalik sila, because these people and this place, is the only home they'd ever known. Also, dahil sa dependence nila, hindi sila mabubuhay in the wild dahil hindi sila marunong mag hunt and hindi sila matatakot sa mga tao. So, unless, pinalaki sila for release, hindi talaga pwedeng wala silang tali. Also, as they said, healthy and mga birds sa center. The center is more akin to a sanctuary/rehabilitation center rather than a zoo, wich means, more than anything, inu-una nila yung health ng animals na nasa pangangalaga nila.

Philippine Eagles aren't pets. They are raptors that are endemic to the Philippines, which means they won't survive or thrive anywhere else, unless taken care of by professionals. Even the ones in Jurong Bird Park in Singapore that are taken care of by professionals, sill have a hard time acclimatizing. They need big enclosures and proper care, and are protected by Philippine law. Even the country of Singapore can't buy one, and is only country to ever host a pair of Philippine Eagles. And were allowed to take these birds out of the Philippines, and even then, they still don't own them. That is how important these birds are to us. We don't have the right to own them, so just appreciate their majesty.
