If you have moved from Yoast SEO to Rank Math and used the initial setup process, Rank Math will automatically import and convert all of Yoast's FAQ Blocks to Rank Math during the import process itself. However, if your blocks were not imported, then here are two methods to import them:
1. Importing all FAQs from Yoast: You can use the Yoast Block Converter option in Rank Math to import all the FAQ and HowTo Schema Blocks from Yoast in one go.
2. Converting individual FAQ Blocks: If you want to review and change each Yoast Block manually, you can do so by converting individual FAQ Blocks from Yoast to Rank Math. This method requires both Yoast SEO and Rank Math to be installed and activated on your website.
It is recommended to use the first method for simplicity, but the second method is available for special cases where manual conversion is preferred. Remember that using two SEO plugins simultaneously is discouraged.

How important are the rank math on page optimization metrics like adding the focus keyword enough times throughout the text and in headings etc. does google like this still? Or should I be using an entity attribute pair instead of a focus keyword.

Most of my posts completely vanished from SERP within 2 days of update launching, however, all the posts returned back on 10th March, stayed for 3 days and then vanished again.
Now when I search from keyword in Google for what I used to rank in top 3, I'm now not even in top 100. But if I change the keyword a bit, like using synonym, the post appears again in top 3.
What kind of algorithmic penalty is this? There's no manual action though.
Also, all posts appear if I use site:domain, so they've not been de-indexed.
Does anyone else relate too?

What websites have you seen recover from the HCU and March update? Once Google hits your site, it's game over. There is no recovery.

I recovered from the HCU, and was hit again my the march core update.
I don't know a single website owner who has recovered form this core update.

I did all that even before and yet my website literally dissappear from google and yet sites who copy my work are on top 3 places. Even worse gsc dont even update pages and put some random pages in search and yet in gsc all is ok no errors no nothing. Very very stupid google update
