Well, perhaps they regularly sell hot dogs and they sold out. Except for the rancid one of course. Better question is, why don't they just toss it in the trash? Literally takes one second to chuck it.😄
I just love how absurd this scene is! It's already weird enough they somehow managed to retain a hot dog from the Silent Era, yet still kept fresh hot dog buns in stock 😂 I mean, just why?? 😅😅

Best scene in Seinfeld history. Matt McCoy couldn't keep from smiling widely while Kramer starts lurching, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus can be seen bursting out laughing through Jerry's blurred lenses a bit later on in this episode. The cast obviously had a great time while filming.
I was sitting here now eating a hotdog and it was a little bit wrinkly on each end from sitting on the table for 20 minutes and I immediately thought of this scene from like 24 years ago and had to watch it 😅
Why are people taking the 'silent era' part literally? The worker dude is clearly just expressing that the hot dog has been there way longer than it should have. Like days maybe, hes not saying its literally from the silent era.
What I find most interesting, is that the owner of the theater clearly doesn't want to throw away the hotdog and "waste it", and thus refuses to buy more until it sells. Yet, will continue to buy buns, even though buns become moldy before a hotdog gets that bad 😂
“A perfectly sane food to eat!”
Whenever I'm asked how my dinner is, I reply "this is a perfectly sane food to eat!"
lol. legend.
“Interesting texture” 😂
It’s chewy
😅😅😅😅😅😅 lol
Setting aside everything else that’s hilarious about this scene, I love how Kramer just… eats the hot dog Lloyd was gonna get for himself. 😂
Even Lloyd realised the hotdogs bad 😂 but Kramer doesn’t want Lloyd to think he’s insane.
When he says “what are you out of your mind?” And Kramer knocks the counter and comes right over kills me every time while jerry looks the other way 💀
"You'd have to be insane to eat it"
Dude, you're talking to Kramer.
The bit no one talks about is that they had hotdog buns under the counter for the single rancid hotdog!

I love how a 70 year old hot dog is just chilling there 😂
Lmao!!! A lone survivor 🌭
@@WilliamBonney-gl2qf As you are, Billy. Happy 165th bro 🤣
When he smacks the counter I lose it
lol. the type of smack that lets you immediately know, this person is a jackass.
ONE HOT DOG PLEASE....
Oooooo k
Kramer looking out for Lloyd Braun 😂
“Are you out of your mind?”
Who the hell would keep a hot dog from the silent era?!
It's a sitcom,it's not literal😂
@@anglegrinder4630 I know. It's just the sheer absurdity of it!
@@sgauden02 Why not just chuck an old hot dog? Well, ya know, sitcom logic.
i love how done with everything the flower guy is in this episode
This is hilarious. I really needed this. Thank you

him spilling the coffee takes that prize.
Might be my favorite scene ever
him spilling the coffe on himself is still the best
0:56 - END
the look on the guy’s face…..priceless
Interesting texture lol.
Such a good throw away line 😂😂
"Interesting texture." So funny.😂 And who keeps a hot dog that long? I mean the silent era? Guess that's part of the joke.
It's presumably ment as hyperbole
Classic Kramer
Seinfield is so good I never even noticed the laugh tracks
When he runs off with his mouth open 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lloyd Braun!! 😄
"I gotta get some air."
Funniest part is "what's the problem here??" how he snaps into action when his friend is being called crazy lmfbo
These days i see Lloyd Braun doing insurance commercials. Glad he's not crazy anymore.
Why can't you be more like Loyd Braun?
Jerry wearing his 2024 eclipse watching glasses. 😅
I was sitting here now eating a hotdog and it was a little bit wrinkly on each end from sitting on the table for 20 minutes and I immediately thought of this scene from like 24 years ago and had to watch it 😅
Almost fell out of my chair, funniest sitcom of all time.
King of Queens is next.
Hot dog from the silent era but fresh rolls 🤪
Where is Gordon Ramsay when you need him????
Why are people taking the 'silent era' part literally?
The worker dude is clearly just expressing that the hot dog has been there way longer than it should have. Like days maybe, hes not saying its literally from the silent era.
This hot dogs been here since the Ceylon Era 😂
SILENT era
Lloyd braun!! What a character!!
"serenity now! Insanity later!"
You always make me laugh

Kramer was the master!
seriously, why wouldn't they have thrown it out by now?
Because much like the Merv Griffin set he found in the dumpster, Kramer believes trash belongs in the Smithsonian.
Well, it's an antique by this point.
I like the stock vomit sound effect they used over Kramer
I always think of this scene when I eat a hot dog. This and the Papaya King hot dogs Kramer gets.
I gotta get some air 😂
But why did he have buns?!
Jerry probably doesn't watch these, when I want to cheer up I think of a funny scene and boom, youtube
LOL!!!
Ahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Oh… the Humanity!
Ahahahahahaha
In which Kramer eats a hot, delicious and tasty Hot dog!
Kramer eats the hot dog
Kramer: mmm mmm Good!
Oookay
Mmmm doesn’t that smell good, huh? Lol
wha- what? What’s the problem here
