As soon as he got done flattening the dough I had a thought that it would be funny as hell if he just starting making a pizza out of it. “Ha you thought it was going to be noodles but instead it’s a deep dish!

- “Give it about an hour and a half, chef’s just slaughtering the pig.”
That was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen, his smile, and the way the lady offered his noodles to the audience was very beautiful!!!

The best unintentional asmr I've seen is in the beginning of 1979's Nosferatu the Vampire with Klaus Kinski.They show a bunch of mummies with music playing that puts me to sleep every time

As a short person who’s tried to hand-knead bread dough on a tall counter, heh, you really need it to be that low. Gotta get all your weight on it. It is rough tho.

What is the dish? Noodles with?
Usually soba are just served with a dipping sauce called tsuyu, which is like soy sauce with extra flavourings like mirin and konbu, plus finely chopped spring onions as well. Soba comes in other styles too, like in soups and stuff, but something like this would just be served as is with the dipping sauce to really appreciate the flavour and the artisan's ability.
