Hi Jim excellent video and advice as usual. I’ve been waiting for this one to go live as I was there in your category for my first race. Your vids have inspired me to have a go. If only the video was before this race as it may of helped me. I was petrified after Saturdays practice of stage 1 and 5 but mostly ruining other people’s runs if they were behind me. I came last as to be expected but my goal was to actually complete all stages and finish the race. Keep up the top tips and great vids 👍

I’m on my 3rd Ebike ovr the last 8 years . Always had to sell bike to get another and having ridden mountain bikes for 40 years I’m in a bit of a dilemma . This is the first time I’ve been without an acoustic bike . Just carnt make my mind up if I would use it enough. . I see your using the e more and more . Are you still using the acoustic for rides say 12 /15 miles and how do you feel . Ie wish you had taken the e to do 20 miles in the same time ??

I’m doing Ard Rock on the pedal bike, but not really looking forward to it! Yeh less and less nowadays, could easy cope without it tbh?

Next question then Have a full Fat and a light weight Ebike would you use them both or use the full power bike for everything
