@allmotorresearchlabs what size tire is the best to run on those stock 17s? Trying to go with that set up on my 14’. Going for the look on the lowered one in the beginning of the video. Id appreciate any info thanks
4x4 is for consistent 60’ or when you don’t have a prep surface like for street grudge racing. I’m still debating on a 2wd or 4wd ford. Either way your going to need to beef up that rest end after 800hp
@@orlandogonzalez9698 I just don’t get it if you supercharge it you can tune but not if your stock makes no sense You still have to connect to the computer and change the shift points in the top speed rev limiter why can’t we do that without the supercharger
I gained about .25 in the 1/4 going from OEM 20s (275/55/20) to oem 17s (245/70/17s) and that's without a tune. I'm installing a tune very soon. My truck is a 2017 4x4 supercrew 5.0. 3.31 gear.
The Ram air doesn’t seem to work. I trapped the same in the 1/4 mile on my stock intake and manifold without gutting the truck. Just flex tune and cat deletes with spare out. Maybe it only helps down low and is a restriction up top? Idk.
I really wonder how much weight you could take out by removing all of the idiotic motors and crap in these trucks... There's a motor that moves the shifter into park if you open the door; there's a motor for lowering the air dam thing, sensors and wiring for the stupid collision detection stuff, and other odds and ends... Does this one have 3.73s?
Why boss ported boss manifold over ported gt 350 and ported Bullitt tb? It’s makes same torque and 50 more hp revved out change it up bro. On a strip where you can hook yes, 2wd is lighter. On the street 4x4 will hook a lot better
