As for me - give me a beautifully- executed MELODY on the Guitar - with plenty of lush Reverb & very little of "Showing-Off" & I'm a Happy Camper 😀 !

I have always liked the guitar 🎸, and these guys are really good, as my favourite band is THE SHADOWS, but like these type of bands, like the ventures and the spotnicks of yesteryear.

Desde que eu era adolescente na década de 70, me tornei um fanzaço dos conjuntos instrumentais brasileiros (The Pop´s, The Jet Blacks, The Jordans, The Bells, The Clevers/Os Incríveis, The Red Snakes, The Killers, Parada 5, The Beggers, Lafayette, etc.) e estrangeiros (The Atlantics,, The Mustangs, The Shadows, The Ventures, etc.)! Os solos são show de bola e os caras eram/são feras! Incomparáveis!

A truly great performance with a fantastic sound. Lots of tunes I have never heard before which was a breath of fresh air. Watched the whole performance which was really impressive. The only part I would criticize was that Apache was performed far too fast and came across a rushed. Other than that brilliant.!!!!!!

There are many bands all over the world playing this kind of music, a style created in the early sixties by The Shadows.
Among other bands playing this kind of music look for "The Ryders", "Atlantis", "Guitar Express", "Shotgun Ltd", "Robby Januarsa", "Peter Korving", "The Invaders", etc.
@@78Dipar Hi yes the Shadows, Ryders are two of my favourite bands. I'm a lead guitarist myself and played a lot of these instrumentals in the 80s and 90s and still do a few at the gigs I do today. It's great music and it's responsible for a lot of musicians becoming interested in music including myself.👍🎸🎸🎸🥁🎹

The whole show is the lead guitar, the rythem and that’s all. Why don’t you show the whole band? Can’t you reverse the view to show the whole stage? The music is great but the lopsided view spoiled the whole show.
The young lead player is an amazing guitarist, but they have him hidden like a performing animal. SAD..

I like their fast version of Perfidia -- more like Th Ventures than Th Shadows. Th Cruel Sea was a minor hit in UK in Sept 63 for Th Dakotas, - bought th 45 record.
