I remember when Leviathan first came out and Concentrate Dev was busted and those early access videos of the Stateless Societies stacking 1000 dev provinces into their one state. Now look at them, utter pain in SEA.
Why did you not go for adm ideas first? Since %-modifiers stack addtively, that +20% gov cap would've catapulted you from having 1% of your regular gov cap, to 21% of your regular gov cap...
that change in gov cap is so inconsequential it wouldn't really matter

+with the Bangkok monument you can get to -64% eventually, with aristo-infra, down to -54% so you end up playing pseudo Prussia 😅

You have really become my favorite EU4 creator by now.
I feel like Ming has been fairly stable recently. I am currently doing an MP game in Eastern Asia and I was Jiangzhou (now Qing to see the new tree) and they just refused to collapse. Even with unguarded nomadic frontier and me taking Beijing, they vehemently refuse to implode. Now I gotta defeat Ming the slow way.
I played Rhade a few months ago and it was one of the most fun and challenging games I’ve ever played.
I mean if Quarbit really wants to embrace the pain let him try a WC under this government reform.

Stateless Society to Rum run, create a bunch of eyalets once you're done. Plus the idea of a random disorganised south east asian tribe taking the mantle of Rome is golden.
Normally such modifiers stack, so with full admin, infra and aristo, plus palace of bangkok tier 3, that should put you at 46% govcap? Sounds like an interesting strat, could probably take most of China with that. Unfortunately celestial empire would override stateless society I guess, that's sad. Could be a "fun" thing to try with a mod I suppose?

Cool video! Here's a suggestion for a future video: Try doing max defense run as stateless society. Start as Baluchistan, switch to Stateless, annex Afghanistan, then release and play as.
you really should have taken admin ideas. therefore you'd have -99+25% governing capacity , meaning you have a quarter of normal and not 1%

But in this case, it is older content they introduced themselves when they were first put in charge of EU4 after the original team got reassigned to work on Victoria 3 (yikes ... they've since been split up between CK3 and Stellaris, which seem to be the only two games the devs seem to be working on these days), so it's even worse in this case.
