To protect your property, you have to think like a thief, and if you know what they might do, you stay a step ahead.. don't leave keys in the building. Or keep the keys in a bolted down safe. Or better yet, hiring a security guard.. the cost of a guard yearly is worth it with all the high end stuff.. the cost of paying a guard would prevent you from spending a lot in beefing up everything else too.
Battery is in the trunk not exactly easy plus you can’t lock the trunk as most don’t have a manual key opening in the trunk and the trunk is soft close meaning it pulls itself tight when brought to
It might be time to have the police do a sting operation at that dealership, and have the criminals pay for any and all damages as a result of trying to break in...or, hire multiple armed guards.
This seems to happen so much that I have to wonder if the owners of the dealership aren't in on it, I mean how easy is it to put the keys some place where they can't be found and also disabling the cars so even if you find the keys or are able to program a new key fob with a scan tool the car still can't be started and driven off I mean come on these are very simple steps to take and yet the dealerships don't...
Gee, don't have a suitcase made to transport all keys home with you as a slow down, but removing circuit relays / and or batteries, would help on showroom models .... possibly. I would rather take a few minutes to put a battery back in a car I have, instead of wishing it was there to put one in it! Stupid!
Imagine leaving millions of dollars of cars unattended on display for the world to see but you won't pay an armed someone $1,000 a week to sit up there over night so this doesn't happen??
Just had my car stolen last night, literally the same kind of jeep they stole and crashed into the wall. I don’t understand. I live 40 minutes outside of Detroit why do these people have zero regard for other people?
you shouldnt have to worry about shit like this constantly tho, why cant we own nice things without the threat of getting killed or it being taken from us
So all those new high end exotics and they chose the old ass basic ass bmw m6? Something ain't adding up here. Also to add the *only* car stole was the business owners??? Yeah, sure.
They don’t sell normal cars all their cars are custom: so that’s basic bmw is Dinan which means HP is over 700! It’s not owners he selling but cuz wanted to tell the story of the bmw 😢
Must be black friday 😂. Recovered in detroit shocker.
Probably getting that "black friday" special!
Michigan start helping its residents by keeping these people in prison and not releasing them on bond to do it again and again
Bro they took an old ass depreciating BMW over a half of a million dollar Ferrari. This doesn’t make any sense.
makes me think they're on the younger side and don't own/work at a chop shop, the ferrari would bring too much attention to them
Such a hellhole, you couldn't pay me to run a business in that area. Let alone live there.
St Clair Shores?
@@MuffinStuffer_TV That too. All of it.
More than likely, just a doctor looking for a ride to the ER so he can do surgery on a patient.
It's Franklin and Lamar.
Looks like the gone in 60 seconds movie 🍿 😂

Here's my theory.. parents put these kids up to this bc they're still kids and won't get charged.. parents will get custody and have em do it again.
the 8 mile barrier has been broke. their here.
The insurance Co's should make them put the keys in a safe overnight!
Problem solved..... no safe = no pay-out !
"Recovered in Detroit" 😕
I think that car may have had “something” in it that made them take that old BMW instead the more expensive cars imo.
Simple solution disconnect the battery cables

It’s near groise point so you can’t blame them
Here’s an idea, only put the relays in the cars you are going to sell.
It's crazy just like the movie Gone in 60 seconds but its real life wow that's crazy what's happening in the world today.
U.S.A. Falling apart, so sad.
Well well well
Gone in 60 seconds lol
I bet you that dude stole it , Forrest Kinn, he stole it.
Not having bollards installed outside, to stop that type of theft is poor oversight, and they obviously don’t have the car keys secured very well !
They deal with nba and nfl players so they prob never thought much plus it’s near grosse point side so money 💰
I kind hardly believe it! I thought Detroit was making a come back?
