A Secret of Mana TAS has finally come to TASVideos!
Secret of Mana is a widely popular action RPG published by Square. It is internationally regarded as the first game of the Mana series, though the Japanese title is Seiken Densetsu 2, so it is the sequel of Final Fantasy Adventure ( tasvideos.org/... ). It utilizes real-time battles like many other action RPGs while including some unique features such as the Ring Command and multiplayer action.
Touch-me ( tasvideos.org/... ) beats the game very quickly, using three players simultaneously and a whole host of glitches. For instance, many bosses can be hit for 999 instant damage using a charge counter glitch, and certain plot points are skipped. See the submission comments ( tasvideos.org/... ) for more details.

I'll always remember my first time getting to matango, I thought all the mushrooms walking around were enemies so I doubled back to the last save point to regroup only to find the peaceful shroom community minutes later
No matter the number of glitches, and all the incomplete and cut content... it's the tragedy of trying to walk on stairs in this game that wounds my soul the most.
Yeah the choppy stair walking is brutal haha.

The beginning intro is like "Back in the day, people were chill and built a cool house, this made the gods pissed because they are dicks, the gods sent a bunch of assholes to wreck their vibe"

Who needs an actual mana sword when you got charge levels and moon magic.
I thought i was gonna watch Secret of Mana but instead got Getter Robo, with three hearts beating as one - while kicking major ass.
You know, this is quite a sad ending overall. Yeah, Randi and... Primm survive, but they've: lost a great friend, had to kill their own friend and ride Flammie, Primm loses Dyluck and her love, Randi has to now deal with being the Mana Knight and isolating after finding the next seed (which may very well be Primm). Bittersweet. A lot of loss to save the land and people, and they won't even be able to stay around as they'll he forced to return to the pure lands at some point to start the restoration of the Tree of Mana.
Love these games this the reason why I'm artist it's was music and themes. No body answer created game and make it that people look up .

Couldn't this TAS be improved someday as (I believe so) new techniques have been found since then?
The record for this game is 1:39:22. The TAS could most likely be 10 minutes faster than that.

How the crap are you gettin crits with every attack?
They probably used RNG manipulation to get a crit every attack
@@wherearemypowersisn't rng manipulation . Changing the levels of the npc (oversimplification) has that effect, you'll see him opening that menu repeatedly

Why? I can only theorize. Main one: they look smexy. Why not? =p. More can be seen in lots of anime. You would like Ladies vs. Butlers. Lots of ecchi. Free to watch online also.
