The only diff, is a water bowl right next to the caramel, but with a lot of works, you end up don't feeling anything on your fingers.
Even though I won’t dip my hand into oil… ( but on boiling water ) I just take Craker type things holding its tips from hot oil…,,It’s done mostly when all the utensils are in d sink & u hv come to almost end of that day cooking & u r really exhausted to find & clean those spatulas… Also upon burning our hand I get more aware & adrenaline rush happens do my rest of chores like cleaning entire dishes… it’s painful but somehow I use this to burst out my anger& depression

He also told me that once the food item is out of the liquid it is drastically cooler. To put it in his words, “it’s all trick! don’t be stupid! I have no idea what he’s talking about but I get the same story every time I go in for a haircut.
