Read a mediocre review of his new album so was worried when I hear it. But I loved it, and it's a grower- more vocal with supporting electronica rather than the sounds taking centre stage around the voice. It's as if he trusted his vocal this time, and quite right too
Man I love Panda Bear so much for many reasons, but he is contradicting himself in this interview and I feel bad for the guy because you can see the confidence waning. I don't know what he's going through, but I hope he overcomes it.
Yeah, like when says that he hopes the interviewer still likes his stuff after the show. I think it goes with the backlash topic later on in the interview. His albums are always compared to Person Pitch. Personally, I think Buoys is great, but it seems like more people prefer Avey's album.
