i thought you couldn't carry peanut based heroclix with carry? (3:00 ghostrider gets carried with phasing)
1x2 Bases are still considered Standard Characters, so they can be carried. They cannot however be Telekinesis(ed)

There was a Tarot Cards up that allows it to happen
I don’t think you can move opposing absorbing man markers like that
We just did it for fun for this match 😊 otherwise we place then better
