I love how the voices sound like they're desperately calling Bill for help because time is collapsing upon itself. If the speed is rounded to the closest whole number it would take 149 bills to hit 0 percent speed. This assumes that it's slowed down by 2 percent of current speed and not the starting speed. If 2% of the starting speed than only 50 bills are needed to hit a full stop
Well it should actually be getting faster. Think about like this: I run 2 times slower than my friend Jesus Christ. That's means I can run at 50% of Jesus' speed.
