    10 years of malfunction fixed by basically one person in a span of no more than 6 hours. That's what I'm talking about.

    It seems like the siren according to the map says it was scrapped. That siren was great to us.

    I also spoke with the EMA guy when I was in Provo and he said it was quiet. Little did I know one little reset would make it sound way better. Well done!

    IMPORTANT UPDATE: I WAS CHECKING THIS JAILBAR OUT ON GOOGLE MAPS AND THE BUILDING IT'S ON HAS BEEN DEMOLISHED I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE PUTTING IT BACK UP OR IF THEY ARE GETTING RID OF IT

    10 years later neighbors might begin to complain about how much louder it is now since they were used to it being so quiet and I wonder how much did it cost to put the blower pipe through the roof instead of a regular pole mount

    Are there any in the sandy area?
    I thought I found and old siren at a fire station on Google maps but I couldn't see up close and I can't find information anywhere.

      in Utah, if there's a town that's near a mountain, there will be a letter to represent the schools football team. Provo has a "Y" for BYU, Magna has a C for Cyprus High, etc.

      Between 125 and 130 decibels, I believe. Possibly louder. Early Thunderbolt 1000s are some of the loudest sirens ever made.

      Anywhere between 127-129 DB at 100 feet for series A1 units (this thunderbolt is a series A1)

      @@Dubby522 yes, definitely. It helps to bring hearing protection to any siren test you go to.

      There are no thunderbolt 1003s within audible distance of provo.

      All I need is an answer to that, yes or no. And an accurate location or some legitimate evidence that it exists
