spent half an hour trying to figure out why all the stuff wasn't in the right place and i realized i was on after effects

By far the best tutorial for this effect! I recommend also adding Channel Blur with red blurriness between 20-40. Just finishes off the look!

Im not sure why but the Grid and Noise effects are reeking havoc on my system. Where ever they go, that dreaded red bar follows, and if it's over top a VR effect it gives me the "this effect requires acceleration" bug. Any ideas?
