As a lot of you mentioned I misspoke about Zoom Air being in a few models before the 12s, I meant to just say air unit, my bad!
3s as an honorable mention is wild 😭
That’s wild it’s mad comfort to me
They kill my pinky toe! Lol
Ong
3s are top 5 in terms of both comfort and style imo
@@kenzisdad02you thinking of 4s
Just crazy
4's SUCK for wide footers. 3's are GOATED for wide footers. 1's are eh.
That's what I came to say
Couldn’t be more right my g. I’ve been wearing Jordans since I was 7 and I’m 39 now always said the 3 are best for wide feet and 12’s
I dunno man... I'm a wide footer and 3s smash my pinky toe. I think 2s are best for wide footers. The 2 & 13 are my top 2 most comfortable
Depends too I kinda have wide feet but certain aj1s are more comfortable than others
@@kenzisdad02you either have monkey feet or you’re thinking of 4s
This list is outlandish. Rating the Jordan 3 as an honorable mention, and less comfortable than a Jordan 4 is diabolical and ludicrous
putting the jordan 3 after the 4, let alone 3rd worst on the list is WILD.
The 4s are worse than the 3s in terms of comfort, I have no idea what he is thinking! 4s just hurt... until you get the SB 4s!
Them shits not comfy the Phylon Js better feeling
Anyone else confused about this list?
Yeah I was thinking he would put 4s top 5 at least
No… lol…
@@FazeBam99 4s are least comfortable Jordan model imo
@@FazeBam994 so uncomfortable
Yeah the 2s were the only J’s I returned because they cut off circulation. I could not try to even break-in.
I just bought the space jam low 11s a few weeks back and I wore them for 6 days straight on my trip to nyc and walked about 6-8 miles a day and not only did they stay clean somehow which was a huge plus, but they did not bother my feet a single bit! I mean I was wearing these suckers for 10-14 hours a day! I was blown away by how comfortable they were. I brought another pair of “comfortable” shoes just in case these were beating my feet up and didn’t have to wear them once. I actually bought 2 pairs cause I like them a lot. And I’ve never been a double up on the same sneaker guy. 10/10 for me
Zoom air wasn't introduced until the air Jordan 12...any Jordan before that only has regular encapsulated air.
Weird he said 1’s has a zoom unit and can’t feel it.
Clearly he was misspeaking, but he sure did it a lot.
@@chrisbc if he did it multiple times I don't think he's saying it wrong.. he's just not aware of the difference in the 2. I'm not clowning him though..a lot of people don't
I hate to be that guy, but Jordan’s didn’t use zoom air until the Jordan 12. The 11s, 10s, 7s (late retros) all use top loaded air which makes them more comfortable than the 3s or 4s which use encapsulated air units.
This! There isn't a zoom unit in the Cardinal 7's Seth. Neither do the 11's. Come on Seth.
I came looking for this comment.
you only need to be "that guy" because Seth didn't do any research for this video lol
@@fsdfsdgfesf I mean...he shouldn't need to research this. This should be common knowledge to anyone with a sneaker channel. We're talking about shoes that are over 25 years old.
@@Oz1976no hate to Seth but this is why when it comes to actual information on shoes and good specs I always trust WearTesters
11s, 12s and 13s are GOAT'd.
Only thing about 13's I don't like is the ankle collar when I'm driving.
@@V0ltron At least its not plastic and hurts your foot, i lve my white wolf grey 13s and they are def one the most comfy pair i have
11 kids are really comfy but the 11 lows hurt so bad. I’d say go up half a size on the lows
@@stevenbaker8903 only if you're a wide footer. I know 11s and 6 Rings can be a pinky toe killer for wide feet.
Facts
Best ones
Jordan 3's, 7's and 11's are the most comfortable. 3's are my personal favorites.
agreed
3 and 7s I agree, don’t own any 11s so can’t speak on that
Same here…3s are the most comfortable to me
@@cd33832 i have too pairs of 3s and 1 pair of 11s i have only tried 7s on but they were nice
7s are comfy I got the trophy room 7s they feel great. 11s are hot or miss they kill a lot of peoples feet probably the wide foot group so not everyone will agree but 12s are more comfy than 11s
6s as an honorable mention is ultimate disrespect
If you're buying Jordan's for comfort, you're buying the wrong shoes.
That being said, the three is goated, but I look for more than just "under foot" comfort. Ankle padding on 4s really does it for me too. 7s and 8s with the bootie also amazing
Yeah I’ve been wearing Jordan’s since 1991 with a mix of other Nikes (uptempo, air max, Kobe, KD) but recently added some New Balance to my collection
I feel so ripped off that I could have been walking around in comfort all these years 😂
The 13s are like a cloud
@@donaldkey9074try the adidas NMDs
Comfort is definitely subjective. I still think the 3’s are the most comfortable for me in my average every day life. I prefer the more firm cushioning as opposed to the more cushy stuff for everyday wear. Won’t wear them to an amusement park but wear them all the time for work and casually.
Yea for me the 3 is the most uncomfortable but the 4 is comfortable to me..
I agree with you
@@playingindies6730so weird. It should be the other way around for 99% of people who have or had both lol
@@woo_shynen8805 i guess its the shape of my feet.. the Jordan 3 the heel is very much not adapt to that shape. And the issue is gone again in the 4..
The 4s are the most comfortable for me then the 5s
2s don’t get enough love.
Between them and the 13s.. most comfortable!
3s most comfortable for me and most uncomfortable is the 4s
Except for the 2024 AJ4 leather Bred is real comphy
same for me
Factual facts
4s are my favorite Jordan hands down but I’d have to say 3s are more comfortable (for me) I was just thinking this the other day when I wore my white cement 3s
The AJ1 does not have Zoom air. The AJ6 has an air bag in the forefoot. The AJ9, AJ7, AJ11 does not have Zoom air at all. Both the OG AJ13 and AJ12 had a full length Zoom Air bag, the retros have a heel & forefoot Zoom Air bag.
“The Air Jordan 10s are one of those models that really don’t get a lot of love…” (realizes he’s holding a 9) 😂😂😂
Therefore proving the shoe he's talking about gets no love. Lmfao. 😆 🤣 😂
That is because the elastic going across the top of the foot is not that very comfortable for a lot of people. I sold shoes when they first came out and recall people complaining about that.
I go a half size up in my 4s and swap out the insoles with Move all day. They become so much more comfortable after doing so, to the point of which I can wear them all day with no problem at all. (I average around 20k steps per day)
I also lace them up instead of loose lacing them because after a bit of experimenting, I've found out that loose lacing them leave some room for my feet to slide around a little and it absolutely demolishes my pinky toes cuz it's rubbing against the hard tpu thingy.
The only downside that I can't really fix are the ventilation. I just wear them with rather thin ankle running socks to try to maximise the air flow.
I do the exact same thing except with dr scholls thin insoles for more toe room. But same idea, half size up and insole swap
The Jordan 5's hands down have the most comfortable tongue imo, and the ankle cushioning is really good on the 5's too. Thought the 1's and 4's were going to be tied for worst, lots of ppl say the 4's feel like you're wearing bricks for shoes
The 3s are comfortable if you get older pairs. The newer pairs have way less padding and feel stiff. I’ve had multiple pairs of black cements through my life and i got the new white cements on release and it’s crazy how different they feel. My black cements feel way better even now
2s are easily the most comfortable.
The original SB straps and double padded interior is just... * chef kiss *
Agreed! 13s are a close 2nd!
Just copped 11 low Space Jam's, looking forward to their comfort!
Thanks for taking out the time to bring us this in-depth video. Spot on
I had to hit pause and google some tech specs. Of course a Weartesters video came up. I think maybe going back to check specs, and updating the video, may be a good idea. I thought the 13s were the first Jordan’s with Zoom Air. Pretty sure it wasn’t even a thing when the 7s came out.
how would u rate the higher number Jordan's? I've heard the 17s are comfortable. i got a pair as a gift when i was like 15? but i cant remember if it was comfy
Your picks especially the 2s place where they're at, says you, Seth, have a skinny mini foot man.....
Yup.
Dk bout that, I wear a size 12 & have a pretty wide foot & like the 2s
Nicely done..
And to think the GOAT was able to put up the crazy numbers and championships that he won in these clunkers. Absolutely legendary.
Agree with the 12s! Favorite Jordan silhouette.
I agree with your list Seth. Enjoyed the vid. Need to get some 12s now lol
Great color waves
I love the 12s for comfort
I put a pair of molded insoles in my Jordan 1 Lost and Found’s and they are insanely comfortable. The upper and everything is great, it’s just the soul that doesn’t have any support.
My first Jordan was the Playoff 13s and out of my 30+ years I was on the same mission in getting most of these retros. Thank you for filling in the gaps on the shoes I haven’t picked up or haven’t worn yet. I’m definitely going to give the 12s a try, it’s been on ice for 2 years.
I agree with the list overall. I find 3s to be comfortable though. Surprisingly, I gave the Cardinal 7s a run when I went to Disney World (lots of walking and HOT) and they were comfortable all day, multiple days.
My cardinal 7 is one of my most comfortable Jordan’s love them
14s being so high on the list makes me so happy, I had a pair from 2005 and it was the most comfortable retro Ive worn, they hold up so well.
I think the XIV is the comfiest. Light, great cushion ( especially the OG with the bigger forefoot zoom bag than the retro) and fairly ventilated.
Love the aj12. 💯 agree on your #1
Seth the jordan 3 's are my most comfortable just before 13's@!!!???.... I'm confused of courses reamagined wasn't the most comfortable but still most comfortable to drop before bred 4's...
Jordan 1s have air on the heel. The jordan 12s are the first to have zoom air. 1 -11 is all air unit.
which ones are the most comfortable for wide footers?
Any plans on doing a comparison on the more modern Jordans?
I have a pair of J3s black cement, and I have to say that they're pretty comfy
I agree with the list. But here is my top 5 most comfortable air jordans.
1. Jordan 12. Bounciest air sole there is. It's like walking on foam.
2. Jordan 13. Once the shoe molded your foot is really comfy.
3. Jordan 11. It needs break in but once it does it's really comfy.
4. Jordan 14. Same with Jordan 11.
5. Jordan 7. I dont know why but it really does feel comfortable. I'm a wide footer and it feels good on my feet.
I agree. The 12s and 13s are the most comfortable.
They also run slightly big so if you want that snug feeling go down half a size
I always use a custom orthotic for J1 to J6. They are cup soled shoes and need it. When you do use a better quality insole, its night and day. Very comfortable and supportive.
I agree with the list 12s are the best iconic color ways and best feeling on feet
I agree on the top 2
I love the jordan 12s
Make a top 10 favorite jordan list!
Hey Seth I have been a fan of yours for a few years love you and godbless.❤
I think your list is spot on. Love it or hate just my opinion
I have wide feet so I just change the insoles. The brand Move in particular. I've had my 3's on the whole day and not once did I feel like it was uncomfortable.
Top 5 Comfort wise- 13s, 7s, 10s, 12s, 11s. THEN 5, 14, 3, 8
I love the 13 and 14s. My favorites. Both underrated, esp the 14s.
11 and 12 my favorites
I agree with 1 for sure
After wearing my AJ4 Bred reimagined, man most comfortable ones so far imo! Wish the AJ1 L&F were more comfy, love the look though
we need to retro that 14s!
People saying the 3’ and the 4s are most comfortable never had 13 or 11s lol. I wore my 11 concords on my paris trip all day walking around for days and never had a problem. I love the 13s 11s 12s 14s are still even nice to play some ball outside.
Fully agree, 11s are amazing
I agree on your top 4. But I will place 13 before the 14. And yes once you break in the leather on the 12s. Best comfort AJ.
They just look so ugly by time that happens.
I like the ones the most for casual use
Those 14 mann😍🔥🔥🔥
Jordan 3, 4, 7, 10, 12 & 13 are the pairs I am quite comfortable with and I always use the most from my sneaker collection
💯 agree!!!
I need those cargos
12s are so bouncy.. the golf 12 lows are amazing.
Agree with most of your list. I'd swap the 11s and 3s though. Don't have 10s and 14s but I guess their placement makes sense!
Where can i get the joggers you're wearing in the video?
You asked us to list l so here’s mine.
10. Twos
9. Nines
8. Eights
7. Fives
6. Tens
5. Fourteens
4. Sevens
3. Thirteens (air units were upgraded so Flints are more comf than rest. Playoffs have the weakest air units)
2. Elevens (again air upgraded with retro models. Those original joints feel bricky)
1. Threes (I noticed your reimagineds were new. You gotta break those in for two weeks before the magic happens)
I want the 10s to come out with the city packs. Chicago, Seattle, NYC, Sacramento, Orlando. Great underrated series.
Seth, Zoom didn't start in the Air Jordan line until the 12's.
Not gonna lie I am one of those that like the look of the 14
I was surprised with some of the early placements on this list, but hats off to you for making the list purely off your own findings rather than using popular public opinions. The other thing is some releases will be more comfortable because of the different materials used or if the shape has been reworked, which leads to more diverse experiences. I do find 12s and 13s the best for comfort, but I still need to try the 3s, 11s and 14s.
Yeah the 12s r super comfy no wonder i got 3 pairs of em
You need to try the Jordan XIX and the XX9
You also have to take into consideration that people’s feet are all different, so it’s really subjective to which people find the most comfortable and the least comfortable…for me the 3s are the most comfortable for casual wear and the 13s are the best for hoopin from my experience
On the 13 the play off pairs seemed to have a foggy gem right at the start
To get rid of the foggy hologram gem; just get it hot with a hair dryer
JORDAN XX is the most comfortable with the IPS technology. Anyone who disagrees has no idea.
Went on a 3 day vacation with the cherry 11 high's. Breathability, lightness, and cushioning stand-point j11 is the most comfortable. Can agree with most of the people with j3's however it is way too heavy for the 11's.
J3 - fun to style due to the shoe geometry. Tongue isn't that large as j4 does.
J4 / J12 - sneaker convention setting. Loud snkr geometry but easy to style.
J1s both high and low - everyday beaters.
That 6 you showcased is so hood
air jordan 1 CMFT are my favorite
12’s definitely have the best cushioning system with the full length zoom.. but they are also heavy.. pros and cons but that zoom bounce is so comfy
Zoom Air added a bit of weight to it due to those tiny tense fibers acting as tiny push pillars to give that bounce and energy return that Zoom is best known for.
The 12s or 3s for me but I'll take the 1 over them all i like the way they feel and look combined
Aye the Gatorade 6s my favourite of all time
May want to widen your scope. Vans has some pretty comfortable shoes out now.
7s are the most comfortable for me. They also protro’d the twos to have a full length zoom unit..😅
I'll buy some socks if ya'll ever restock the micro logo tees!
What I find especially with the 4's is that they are so massivly different. I have/had 4 different pairs (and colourways) with the same size and obviously same feet and they were so massivly different from the fit. In best case they are the most comfortable for me and in the worst case I only can wear them for a short amount of time.
I love seeing a clean pair of rip hamiltons, mine are beat😹
Materials matter. Suede pairs are far more comfortable than leather usually even comparing same model. Cool vid
For me Jordan 13 they are number one I have Jordan 12A ma manire and they are not that comfy
This list is making my head spin. Everything I thought just got taken away from me.
I agree 14s are the most comfortable
3's, 12's, and 13's for me 🙌🏽
I've been wearing 1s for years, and I have a pair that recently got a little too snug, so I swapped out the insole for a thinner one and what was crazy was I feel like I could actually feel the air unit in the heel compress slightly because I think maybe my foot was just closer on top of it, and this made it feel a little more like an air force, with an air unit you can just barely feel, not much but I could actually notice it's there. Anybody else have similar experience?
Also I love my 6s I could wear them all day💀
I am agree
how is sizing with 12’s?
I have narrow foot so for me 2018 3's , 4's , 7's, 8's and 11's fit my foot better than the others.
13s, 3s, 10s and the air jordan 4 SB are comfortable as hell.
