    This is by far the best video on mechanism and forces, by far the most didactic explanation, starting with position of subtalar joint, adding the force, then sequence of failure, much better than both the description in Rockwood and AO. Thank you so much. You deserve a million views.

    In external rotation injuries it’s the tibia that rotates externally over the fixed talus in the ground !Not the talus per se rotates
