Finally! 🙏 Please do a whole series on livelink positioning, accurate character (including metahuman) surface stepping and sequencing from IC to UE. Especially on rough/varied terrain.
This is only good for two things...you do the entire animation in iClone and make sure it's done right before transferring to Unreal...or you're only using this for background (non-essential) character animations. Live Link is better for real-time visualizations an animation between iClone 8 and UE 5.
I am using the new version of livelink and auto set up, and I have a beefy machine, and it is taking 4ever! It is not twice as fast as advertised. More like twice as long. Just using one character with basic expressions and motions and it is taking waay long.

Good tut but I can't transfer camera to unreal. And I don't see you guys doing the samething
Will this work with iclone props and physics? And will we finally be able to get spring motion to work in sequencers and not just the play editor?

CORRECTION: I was using a character that had converted Daz clothing. When I used CC4 clothes and hair, the import was lighting fast!!!!! Mea culpa.
