We clear land in a way that’s “Orange” friendly. We go in with Stihl chainsaws and get to work making timber hit the ground.

I'll agree they aren't the developers of doing this but it is an efficient way to clear land without damage to the environment, the claims that the use of the machine is harming is comical. I've operated these types of machines and they work great.

How did you "develop" Mulching? Those big machines also compact the soil.

    Goooooood!!!!!

good video but I'm sorry you weren't the one that develop or invented this method lol that's a pretty bold statement. my family has been doing this for 50 years and we even had homemade Mulcher before a lot of the fecon stuff came out. so while normally I wood like your video and agree with you I think you'll find that you offend a lot of other companies instead of bringing them together like we usually try to do.

How much would it cost to clear half a acre with this thing?

Half a acre of heavily wooded trees.

    Hydro cutting?

Is this meant to be a comedy? Sure seems like it! Your company has “developed a Hydro cutter” which actually means you went a leased or financed a forest muncher from a dealer. FYI these have been used to clear land longer then your silly company has been in business. Trying to take claim for this is a joke. A forest muncher is not good for the environment when it grinds trees into 3-6” pieces of wood that take ages to break down. Your also leaving the rootball for the tree to just eventually recover and grow back. The best method is with a mulcher subsoiler that does the job of a forest mulcher like you show and subsoiler to push into the ground to shred the rootball, shred and mix surface wood debris into the soil and till the soil so it’s ready to be planted with something like grass. That’s land reclamation at its best.

You can say "green friendly" as much as you like but mulching forest with a diesel powered machine is in no way green or saving the environment. Better than burning or hauling, yes, but hardly carbon neutral

don't you think that the reference in more about taking better care of the land, using the natural nutrients from the land, instead of burning or hauling them away?? Because, that's pretty much what they said...

I’d still burn over this. It’s a lot cheaper and ashes are very good for the land.

This isn't green Friendly, more methane and more CO2 so no not green Friendly.
