I’m using the violin to help stave off dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. I’m 73 years old and started learning about 8 months ago.

Listening to solo cello music helps calm my ADHD brain. I absolutely love it.
The strange thing is, I’ve never thought about trying to learn how to play the cello. Maybe I should. Hmmm… GoGo Ma?

I think you should try it! Music has transformative powers. I feel like a totally different person when I'm playing, it's a moment of great self-knowledge and calm to my mind. If you start learning the cello, come back and tell me how it’s going, I’d love to know!😃

Hello! The music is the "Folk Round" by Kevin MacLeod, you can find it here on CZcams in the CZcams Studio music library.
