I really like the full bleed pages of graphics and renders - very inspiring. I personally love visual books, I could stare at them forever! It was also good to get an idea of what the winning entries have in common. They showed the design ideas of projects for competitions but I could even implement some of the things i saw for general portfolio work and how to make projects stand out more for presentations.

hi! :) as a current third year architecture student I’ve been getting more and more into thinking about entering and trying out my luck in ongoing competitions. My journey as an (hopefully) future architect was always something I mostly had to work on within my own 4 walls, just me, myself and the gifts of cool archi pages ^^ Some kind of “good examples” we could learn from and put in our projects were never really what we got during studying, so most of those stuff and also learning programs is what we needed to do ourselves. So once again it would be a privilege to own that very book copy and dive into it, get some knowlege from it and look up to those great visuals and amazing students from all around the world to improve myself and hope with all the work and effort I could get to that level one day! Amazing video, it definitely inspired me for the day and gave me some ideas for finishing touches for college projects that should be turned in this week, thank you 😁

I'm a first year architecture student and I just completed a submission for the Carbon Positive Affordable Housing competition with a group of other students. It was a pleasant experience and I was able to learn so much from working on that project, so I want to take part in more competitions in the future. I think that the book would be a great resource to guide me in my future endeavours, studying well constructed projects is a great way to learn.

Man, this video came out just at the perfect time. Just last week I started a course called architecture competitions, where the whole class takes part in a competition of our choosing. when a crazy idea of a project comes on my mind, i feel like i am not realistic or am weird, however when i see some crazy projects that are successfully done, I say, well they re crazy too and they succeeded in making their craziness become realistic, therefor i really want to get this book so i can understand how successful architects think and how do they treat their ideas , also how did they convince people with their projects.

Im a third year architecture student and i still don’t understand how the design process goes , and that frightens me and makes me feel like a an imposter .
Don’t worry, it’s a very subjective and personal thing. Your way is different from my way, or another persons way. And that’s perfectly fine! Everyone has their own methods to design and there’s no right or wrong method. Keep going, you’re not an imposter!

Ohhh Idk like to win it so I can study it I’ve been wanting to be an architect for a while now I’ve alr made my decision of wanting to work as a architect since I was in 9th grade now I’m in 12th I want to study as much as possible about architecture it seems a lot of fun. I am a newly graduated architecture student who already entered 4 competitions and won 2 of them in my undergraduate year. I love the competition and strive to do my best to produce the best design solution each time.
