thanks a lot. I disabled microphone access in order to remove an unnecessary button from my taskbar and suddenly PP stopped playing audio. I didnt realize the correlation until this video.

I stumbled onto this vid by accident - i mean you are probably graduated by now. I started off 14 years working for 2-3 mths for free - can't remember, this was when I was still a 2nd year student. How I thought of it was - hey I am paying a shitload for uni and if i can get someone to help me ace my courses - then that would be nice. I thought of it as just an extra course but FREE. They offered to pay me after 2-3mths and since I was pretty much doing so well in Uni - due to resources working at a firm, I had like 3-4 jobs lined up for me before I even graduated, including tutors offering me jobs. I recently resigned a 150k+ super job (and at a couple of times got head hunted with offers north of 170k+ but refused) to open my own practice. And again, I am back to doing "free" work because I need to get clients. If they don't sign, we don't send them the concept drawings but it is still "free" work since I've already done it. And even when they are formally engaged - we are ALWAYS doing free work to PROVE to the clients that our design is better than the "client sketches" so you will always be doing free work. It's a small industry and I'll bump into you all one day =)
