@@jackiechan3691 If the merchant account has already been suspended then your shopping ads won't be running as your products will be disapproved and not active. If it's a warning of a suspension then they may still be active but you will have to fix the issue before the deadline to keep them that way. Misrepresentation is a tricky one as they won't always give details of what the problem is. You need to keep on to support and tell them that you're trying to fix things but you need help knowing what to do.
I have my custom domain connected to my Teespring print on demand service. Since the customer will be checking out on my own website do i need to submit shipping and sales tax information on Google merchant?
You can either add the shipping information in merchant center or include it in your feed, but either way you'll need to tell Google how much you charge for shipping. Same with tax if you're selling in the USA.
I find that your statement is really good, As ones website costs money as well. Why would google do things for free?youtube has all the information, as it belongs to google. This means that if you earn money and live in a different country that different rules apply. That is if google takes a percentage from ones earning. If you live in a different country one can get exemption of tax in the usa, as google is an American company. But I do not know if one would have to join the camber of commerce membership in their country and also a vat (tax) membership. This is really difficult to understand, as most presenters do not go into this side of information.

Google curently has two programs: the traditional Google shopping, where your approved products are shown in the main Google Search results when you set up your Google Shopping campaigns. ie it's a paid service. In the last year they have also released a free version, where eligible products will show in the Google shopping tab for free. I don't believe you have to be paying for ads as well before your products will show in these free listings. Hope that helps.

Is the only purpose of a google merchant acct to make it easy to create advertisements for my products? And therefore just another way to give Google some money? Is there not actually a listing of products somewhere in a system called Google Merchant, where shoppers can search and buy products?
