Human error in conjunction with wrong selection of toll for the task will cause this, but if care is taken, no such problem should occur, it’s just about thinking a bit before you dive in. The lighter metals used do not have the same strengths as steel etc when it comes to threaded section strength.
How do you feel about the screws stripping out the holes, others were saying they had that problem with the patton
This can happy if you tighten the screws too tight. To fix it, one have to tap a bigger size hole and use a bigger size screw.
