The tenure of these judges should work like tenure at most universities. It doesn’t mean a job for life. If your performance is poor or your record has a disciplinary note or a combination of the two, then the tenured prof can face dismissal.

The appellant court had already made the decision that no one is above the law. And he would not receive total immunity. If he commits a criminal act to benefit his personal gain it should warrant consequences. But the Supreme Court will find it differently.
Tim Miller made a very good point that Biden’s campaign team needs to run attack ads and ads showing his energetic fighting spirit, like the speech he gave at the NC campaign rally!
Don’t judge his ability based on one debate. he is the best choice given the current domestic and global situations. His wisdom and experience are paramount at this moment. For example, I don't believe anyone else could have passed the infrastructure bill.
Ultimately, voters have to ask themselves if these issues are important to you:
Democracy, Abortion rights, voting rights, climate change, health care and if you are in the top 1 percent… etc.,
Ask your soul, you know who is the right person to vote for.
Do you see yourself more in Biden or T? Do you align more with someone who values empathy, decency, and a commitment to uniting the country? Or do you see yourself in someone who thrives on dishonesty, and controversy?

As someone who lives in the western state where homeless are setting up camps in our parks. How about you come out here and try to visit one of those parks that have drug deals going on and needles. You can't even pull up to a stop light without somebody coming up to your car asking for money, or at McDonald's Drive-up. I had my head down trying to find my money open my window and turn around and there's somebody right next to my open window in front of the speaker. They are often aggressive if you tell them no.. all over in neighborhoods that are far away from downtown. What was once a pristine beautiful city it's more like a third world country. So much of our gas tax is spent on cleaning up all of this, there are potholes in some cases the size of a car. Please come live here for a few months in an area it's allowed to happen. It isn't like that in the nice neighborhoods.

I watched the debate. Biden did not perform as well as trump, but then again Biden is not a trained seal as is trump. I felt that Biden actually gave information. Trump did nothing but throw stones.People need to close their eyes and actaully listen to the content. People are too hung up on optics!
