1 Cup Water
1 Cup Oil
(1/4) Cup AP FLour
1 Box Jello Vanilla Pudding
3 Large Eggs
(1/4) Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tablespoon Honey
3 Tablespoons Milk (Pour more if needed)
