- Sometimes you just get a bad batch of coffee. Originally this was a high grade coffee, somewhere between the 82-84 points that's where the consensus was. However, when it came in ... for me there's quite a bit of bad tasting parts to this coffee. I have to remove everything by hand to improve the quality before serving/selling this coffee. It's still a tasty coffee but you'll just need to remove the quakers.

Sorry guys just got up quickly to say yes. I am sick right now so you’ll see I kinda look super mediocre 😂 but I’ll be doing a tasting on Quaker’s soon so stay with me in my sniffly journey 🙌🏼
Great information. Thanks for the time you spend trying to help us.
Oh I’m glad you enjoyed it! I’m also on a learning journey right now. First time I encountered so many quakers .. so thought it’d be nice to share haha.
Very interesting topic once again, thanks Vincent!
You're welcome glad you like it! Wait till you see me die a little drinking this ... maybe ... well I'm editing now HAHA Either post later tonight or tomorrow :D
You should brew a cup of pure Quakers as a science experiment lol
I'm filming tht tonight actually, probably post tomrrow! Gotta show you guys! Haha
You actually need more initial heat and a faster roast to be able to penetrate the beans mass and be able to roast it all the way evenly. Faster hotter roast without sourcing our tipping defects will always roast more evenly in harder more sense beans.
Liked the video, not so much the foul language
Ah sorry it kinda jsut came out 😂 will refrain! Sorry!
