Crazy how in a game that has elemental damage types playing a rather large role in combat, there is a weapon called Icy Spear that deals neutral damage and can therefore be rolled with a fire damage conversion.
You apologized for playing this so much but honestly this is a series I would like to see long term alongside Skul.

A little hint (sorry if you said it later): you can discard scrolls and pick them back up, this is really handy for the puls scrolls, because then their timing matches up. So for example you drop the fire pulse scroll before picking up the lightning one and pick them up at the same time - free confusion effect every 10 secons!
I’m very new to the game and in the beginning I fell in love with Crown Prince because of his style and just skill in general, learning about all this elemental mix up now (because I’m Unga Bunga and don’t read) is like the biggest game changer for me

BEELZ I HAVE A DISCOVERY - when you're playing as the monkey, it turns out that your active modifiers for your weapon applies to your primary ability, so if you get the inscription that says *max ammo becomes 2, if the first hit kills reload, your second shot gives +200% lucky shot chance*. And another thing, if you fire the first shot and then use the ascension that lets you not consume ammo, you can just keep an infinite ammo 200% lucky shot weapon, assuming you need less than 5 shots to kill something

Honestly, definitely sounds a bit worse on paper than it did in my head, but that's what the biggest takeaway is from this video! Given all of the flak the cat got, I didn't expect a video on 'em to come until much, much later down the line, but it was certainly a pleasant surprise to see 'em perform that well. They're a true alchemist over here, capable of paralyzing and gassing everything in their path!

Id agree with a lot of times the more basic green inscriptions are better than the blue ones but some (cough cough *triggering an elemental effect on someone triggers it for everyone else in a 8m radius* ) are kinda good

Honestly, this is such an eye opening run I've only been on GR for about 2 hours (only unlocked the dog) and kept on wondering why im losing so much on the Crown Prince turns out I've only been focusing on the energy orb and not taking advantage of just how OP his bomb is combined with the game's elemental system
He's an elemental monster tbh. Very fun once you get a few good status effects rolling together
Elemental maestro's buff cd begins when the buff is applied, so you only have 6 seconds where you have no buff

Beelz, you should try to use Cat with Cloud Chaser.
Cat has ability trait that boosts dmg of next shot after using his Energy ball and 50% of it to nearby enemies, and for some reason if you send CC and then use your ability - well you probably guessed it.

Really your videos are why I went out and bought the game myself, well that and that its on sale on steam until the 12th.
I can’t say for sure if extra corrosive damage helps with the electric and corrosive damage combo. But I am pretty sure it doesn’t since it’s a percent of health damage and does not have a base damage to add damage to. If someone actually does know, lemme know too

In a video I don't recall if I have or not. I know a lot of runs on stream ended up that way though, especially the dog.

Not taking the -15% damage but use reserve ammo first on glove hurt my soul, but you had such a god run it didn't even matter anyway
Btw, I suggest giving a shot to all the unused builds, like going full Energy Ball (Primary Ability) on the Cat dude, or Meteor Build on Li, etc.
Not because I think they're necessarily good. I'm just kinda curious to see how viable they are in general.
I haven't experimented with high reincarnation difficulties, but the meteor build with Li easily tore through Nightmare, and reincarnation 1

So I have no clear idea of all that's viable.

Easily solo any reincardinste with pain killer + elemental mastrox+ and elemental weapon -ideally with high rof and high rate of elemental effect chance ( you could even have it straight right after enabling lone wolf from bizzare dream and elemental mastrox from the first spritual remnat dealer) anything else u get from

Single most important thing is Gemini to get the overlapping elemental effects. The cat benefits the most by merging elemental procs to get the combined outcome.
