Alma was one of my first fosters, and she taught me a lot. It's a weird feeling knowing that she passed, but in a way it's as if she hasn't.
She was rescued in Athens, Greece by: www.zeil.gr/index.php/en/

Yes agree a beautiful tribute to a beautiful dog. I was not expecting the ending of your tribute to hear Alma had passed on, that was heartbreaking for me. I can only say thank the lord it wasn't a short happy life that she had and that she was loved.
ALMA Has Crossed the Rainbow Bridge but she will always have a place in your heart. Rest in Peace Little One .

Valia, you are such an eloquent and mesmerising storyteller. You bring such worth to every animals story. You could earn money narrating adults bedtime stories and your voice rivals the soothing tones of Stephen Fry. Thank you for standing up for the defenceless in our society. I had hoped Covid would show people what been caged and isolated feels like, but it is forgotten so quickly.

Valia, the Master Story Teller, Film Producer, Musical Director who always captures the life of a treasured animal like Alma but to achieve that she had to be courageous to take those first steps to bring a wild dog, an aggressive, unsocialised dog into her care, to step beyond her own fear and doubts if the transformation of a dangerous and unpredictable animal was possible. To no one's surprise, at least not mine, she prevailed and worked one of many miracles once again to transform and unruly animal into a perfect pet, a dream pet that delivers so much to the people who were lucky enough to adopt Alma. I sometimes wonder if the adopting family appreciates how much the owe to Valia, the miracle worker, the earth-bound angel who has the skill as well as the necessary belief to work her magic with almost any animal. Thank you Valia for making the world a better place.

Precious Alma🌹 r.i.p. It's true you always wonder what life they had before. How they were as a puppy. If they suffered, if they were ever loved, how they made it and survived throughout the years till you found them. It's so great she got to relive her life and know what it is to love and be loved.
