Mine arrives today, I ordered it because going into David Thompson country there is no cell service so better safe than sorry
Hello. How do you switch to satellite mode where you could see the trees and detail of trails etc. I only get the typical gps look
I hesitate between buying a 700i or a 700 and a inReach Mini 2, mostly due to the battery life of the 700 series.
What is the battery life of a 700i if used as an inReach device aka left outdoor, with bluetooth and satellite switched On, screen switched off in order to receive and send message from my phone, inside?
So is that all you can put on the device at a time 15 km with birdseye or can you download a bunch of 15km areas to make a big map with birdseye
Does it have apps for cycling with ant+, etc?
Does anyone know how the touch screen works in colder weather. -30 -40 on snowmobile handle bars ? Thanks
Did you get an answer anywhere? Looking at this for riding out west
How do you charge this out on the trail from a battery bank? Thanks
USB cable just like a phone. You can get an extra battery as well but they are really expensive compared to just using a battery bank or solar USB charger.
No AA battery??
Scuba diving proved using the screen difficult 🤷.
You lost me when you placed it face down on a rock!
Lost me at micro USB.
Garbage... form factor of a brick and not even a way to change the most basic feature which is changing the track width. Buy a TwoNav Aventura instead. Not to mention another £200 for UK maps
This is a downgrade from previous version
