I’m a believer in the security tags. The autos in the nons crushed this opening. If I’m 100% accurate. 34 Non tags. 4 packs with hits. 2 paper vets. 2 Chrome Acuna. Yellow Sheets Autos. 11 security tags. 6 with hits. 7 total. All prospect hits.
I’m opening 12 tagged today and Opened 7 more last week. Last week 5/7 had color chrome prospect and 1sts. I know probably 7-9 of my 12 will have hits. All of my non-tagged (8) had nothing in them. Not one thing

I have had more luck with tagged packs. One pack had a paper auto, chrome green shimmer, and magenta paper. Opened about 1500 cards and not a single Watson chrome. My 15 yr old bought one pack at LCS and he pulled one. Little stud.

Haven’t been able to find any at target or Walmart in my area ? I assume those were the stores you are finding these?how many stores I’d never be able to find that many . Maybe you can post what stores you got them at? 🤷♂️

I'm indecisive of what my favorite hit was. The Sheets auto or the Acuna auto. By looks, of course the Sheets but idk how much hobby love he's getting. It's a banger none the less. I've been giving Sheets a lil love. I've been swiping as many as his flagship autos as i can afford because I think he's gonna be something.
For 2022 Bowman I bought 6 mega boxes, and 3 blaster boxes from the target website. Waiting on shipment. I'm excited.
That'll be fun to look back and sleeve that J-Rod st 8:26. That has to be a stand-worthy card now.
I'm currently ending my 2 week vacation in Iceland, where I haven't seen a single sports trading card in its capital city, and I'm itching to rip some Bowman! Not the biggest MLB card collector, but in my first 3 fat packs, I pull a Luis Verdugo 1st Bowman Green Shimmer auto #/99! I didn't see his name in your hit pile, but it is one of the most beautiful autos I possess. Bowman alone has a fantastic set and I'm a buyer. Only purchased one blaster, but honestly can say the fat packs have more value. A much smaller sample stat than you, but clearly, your rip is evidence. Thank you for sharing!

I have yet to open any Bowman 22’ and when I saw that Gavin Sheets auto it clicked. I have to get some. Even though I have built the base set but I must pull some color!! Thanks Stryker for little Sunday magic. And your dog is great with the noises!!

In my experience with value packs this year the ones with sensors you have a better chance of hitting color or an auto then you do out of one that doesn't have a security sensor. Now yes you will get some that won't have a hit in them and some that don't have a security sensor that will have a hit in them but the odds seem to be a lot better from the security sensored packs. In my experience.
I've found Blasters are the way to go, 9 out of ten have some sort of color, auto or both.
@@floydfanTN I've opened about five blasters so far and I have gotten some good stuff too. This year just seems so good. I know they added more parallel refractors and maybe thats why we've had good luck in retail this year but the amount of 1st Bowman hitters in this makes it great compared to other years.

Opened over 30 security pack fat packs and only 2 of them had hits… 28 of the 30 didn’t have anything. It’s just the luck of the draw, I thought after 2 packs they were loaded too, but after doing many many packs for myself allll security tags and the best thing I’ve gotten in. George Valera chrome 1st base… that’s it… over $300 of security tag packs and a $5 chrome 1st was the best card I pulled from all of them.
The Security Tag packs are for real. Not every one is crazy but they have much more hits in them disproportionally than the regular packs do.
I'm a big fan of value packs. My last 9 I got 3 autos and a bunch of color. Waiting on my next 9 hope I'm as lucky. Thx for sharing love the Acuna auto and the Watson Montgomery Wood collation is crazy

Bowman always has the best break value. My favorite product by far.
I’ve only opened about 15 Packs of these I’ve hit 2 autos and some parallels. The price I got them at was 6.99. Definitely fun to open. Also the 19 card packs were 9.99.
You weren't paying attention I guess but 2 of your first 4 with security tags had color. First 2 no, second 2 did.

I got a /50 gold Robby Martin Jr. on my first time opening Bowman Retail, I was so insanely hyped, it was my first time getting something so low #’ed.
The only thing I buy of this product is value packs and blasters. Great ripping!

I went in to go buy a blaster box my local Barnes & noble said they had, they only had these packs so I spent the same value ($30ish per/ x2) so instead of 2 blaster boxes I got the same $ value in these packs…. After 6 packs of 19 I didn’t get ANYTHING… best card was a PAPER 1st De La Cruz….major bad odds if you’re on a budget. MUCH RATHER get a blaster. Ugh.

I think you pulled more value than my jumbo, in the entirety. The big names seem to be in two pack collations and I didn't get any Watsons or other big names in my jumbo.
The sensors are a real thing. I have opened several retail boxes now and the chances of getting the auto/color are definitely better in those packs. I think all of my autos actually came with a sensor (granted my sample size is around 7-8 boxes). That being said, I may have a ripping too much Bowman problem lol. Just waiting on that ONE big hit to get my fix I guess. Love the video as always, good sir!

Finally found some Bowman in the wild yesterday so grabbed two blasters. Very much a mediocre set of blasters. Didn't hit any of the go-to chrome firsts (and even of paper I only got the Watson). The veteran cards were almost completely duplicated over the two blasters (and even within one of the blasters, as I ended up with a pack's worth of triples). I realize no one is really opening Bowman for the vets, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like unique cards, lol. Thankfully the minor league cards didn't duplicate at all (aside from matching chrome with paper). But the boxes weren't completely devoid. Wander chrome insert I'll take. One first paper parallel, so I'll take that even if it's not one of THE GUYS. Probably the best card-assuming that first doesn't hit-was a paper parallel Reid Detmers rookie.
Judging by this video, I'd have been much better off grabbing a fistful of value packs, lol.
Ya. From my experiences value packs have been better. I think the blasters are for the birds.

They front loaded bowman this year. All the big hits are gone and were in the first release. It’s ridiculous because now the retail is completely empty
I've opened like 6 or 7 blasters and like 15-20 value packs. Haven't hit one auto or any speckle either. Hit a several paper color and I think 2 chrome color but that's it. I don't think the distribution on these is consistent at all. I've seen people smash and then I e seen basic between several boxes.
Keep trying and make sure the boxes you get are from the same place like dont get 2 from target 2 from walmart 2 online. Or you could get the worst 2 from each
@@SplashIt34 ya that's what I was thinking. All the blasters I got but one were all from the same place. And all the value packs were all from the same place too. Ive pulled all the main rookies but whatson and tatis were by far the toughest. And Acuna still evades me...after all of that. Lmao. If that says anything about the correlations I've been getting.
Yeah this is true. I got 6 numbered card on my first 3 blasters. Next three zero colors or autos. Insane.
I've pulled 14 color and 2 autos in about 30 packs. if you message me I'll tell you how to find the good ones

I have a question I've senn your Bowman breaks and have a question when you say Bowman 1st those that mean that is their first card in their carrear? If you can explain I will appreciate it. It means it's their 1st Bowman card. Some of the players might have cards in other releases like Topps Pro Debut or Panini Draft Picks. One player that has appeared in another release but has a 1st Bowman card in this set is Gabriel Arias. Hope this helps.

Bowman is truly a hit or miss. I like it that way though. I hate when its a guaranteed hit it just takes away from the fun and value. When you do get a hit you appreciate it more.

4 blasters 5 value packs 1 retail 24 pack box yielded me 5 colors 0 autographs sensors made no difference. Finally just bought an auto off ebay for 10 bucks. I guess you have to buy $500 worth of value packs to hit

This is the luckiest rip I've ever seen it literally pisses me of 🤣 I bought 27 value packs last week and literally didn't get one not one color or auto I assumed they didnt put color in these packs. I know you opened more but I should've got something lol
I’ll take cards that are bigger names but just bases that I have doubles and triples of and repack them along with some other cool cards that are inexpensive. And give them to my little nephews that are at the stage where they’re really excited about baseball but don’t know enough to think that they aren’t high dollar.

Enjoyed this video, Stryker. I haven't opened much of Bowman this year. Two blasters. I did pull a 1st Bowman Chrome Green Shimmer auto of Joshua Baez 16/99 out of the first blaster and a 1st Bowman auto of Yhoswar Garcia and a few other colors. Really like the product this year.
