I have a 2018 audi a6 prem plus, sline 2.0 quattro. does my car have this? it has the little squares on the bumper but nothing comes out when I follow the directions

yes it have headlamp washers but if do not pop out after this process then contact audi service center but before going to service center turn off engine and turn it on again and it works only one time after engine starts and do not keep lights on auto function keep them on low bean or high bean
